General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

  2. Purpose
    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all sales made on the website grifsfrance.fr between the seller and any natural person acting as a consumer making a purchase.

  3. Products
    Grifs offers the sale of personalized pet sculptures, handcrafted based on photos provided by the customer.

  4. Order
    Orders are placed through the website by adding items to the cart, validating the order, and confirming after creating a customer account.

  5. Price and Payment
    Prices are indicated in euros. Grifs is not subject to VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is made at the time of order by credit card via a secure platform.

  6. Delivery
    Production time is approximately 3 weeks, plus an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days via La Poste.

Deliveries are currently available in the following countries (alphabetical order):

 

  • France

Shipping fees are borne by the customer and are displayed before order confirmation. They vary depending on the destination country and package weight.

Grifs cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier or if the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address.

If a package is damaged upon receipt, the customer must make clear reservations with the carrier and contact Grifs within 48 hours, providing photos.

 

  1. No Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized.

  2. Guarantees
    The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the legal conditions.

  3. Liability
    Grifs France cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or modification requests made after the order has been confirmed and sent.

  4. Personal Data
    Data is used solely for order processing. Technical and anonymous statistical cookies may be used.

  5. Applicable Law – Disputes
    These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution should be prioritized. The competent court will be that of the consumer’s place of residence.
