How to order ?
  1. Go to the PRODUCTS page.
  2. Browse the different types of sculptures I offer by clicking on each option.
  3. For each product, you’ll find a short description and a more detailed one further down the page.
  4. Once you’ve made your choice, add the product to your cart.
  5. Then proceed to checkout.
  6. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
  7. Next, go to the PHOTO GUIDELINES page, where I explain how to take photos so I have good reference images.
  8. At the bottom of that page, you’ll find a form to complete where you need to upload photos of your pet(s).
  9. If you’ve ordered several sculptures of different animals, it’s best to complete a separate form for each one.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your invoice and your order number. You will then need to visit the PHOTO GUIDELINES page and complete the form located at the bottom of the page. Please follow the photo recommendations as closely as possible, as they are essential to provide me with accurate references, allow me to work in the best conditions, and avoid any delays in the process.

  • You will receive a first email when I begin working on your sculpture.
  • After the modeling stage, and before the piece is baked, I will send you photos and videos for approval.
  • Finally, you will receive a last email after the painting stage, also for approval.

This step-by-step follow-up allows me to ensure that the final sculpture perfectly matches your expectations and guarantees your complete satisfaction with the final product. ✨

I will need several photos. At least 3: one from each side and one from the front. If you have more, even better! ☺️

Ideally, the photos should be clear, well-lit, and allow me to clearly see the colors and details. You will find all the tips for taking photos on the PHOTO GUIDELINES page.

You can go to the PHOTO GUIDELINES page and fill out the form by attaching the photos you have available. I will analyze them and let you know if I can work with them. Please leave a short message explaining the situation.

The delivery times depend on the current demand.

Estimated delivery time: 5-6 weeks + 3 days for shipping (within France). I regularly post delivery time updates on my Instagram.

We ship our packages across France and to countries within the European Union via La Poste.
